All of our puppies on Itsy Puppy are current and updated in real-time. The photos of our puppies are accurate so you may rest assured about your selection and the puppy’s health and quality.

In order to reserve a puppy, a non-refundable 20% deposit of the puppy price is required. Your remaining balance must be paid in full upon notice of the flight confirmation from the airline or at least 5 business days before shipment or pickup date. In addition, you must return a signed copy of our contract/sales agreement with the final payment. There are no exceptions to this process and this ensures that both parties are in contract and responsible.

The method of payment we offer is bank wire transfer into our business banking account or credit cards through Paypal only. These are the preferred methods of payment for the reservation deposit as well.

By law, puppies age 8 weeks and younger are restricted to fly, but we like to wait until they are at least 11-12 weeks old. We ensure the health and quality care of our puppies to be top-notch and patience is much appreciated as there might be a waiting period until it is legal and safe for the puppy to take the flight.

When you pick up your puppy at the airport, please have these items ready:

Please make sure to notify us when your puppy has safely arrived in its new home with you. We deem it necessary for us to know that the puppy is safe and happy.
